You will advance the development of our App projects in close cooperation with our project managers using your excellent knowledge of android. Beside your coding skills, you have gained significant experience in managing challenging customer engagements and you have also proven your abilities within several projects successfully.

Activities

• As a part of our projects teams, you’ll be developing sophisticated Apps for our customers and furthermore work on our own exciting products.
• You’ll bring in your App coding experience, your motivation and your ideas throughout the whole development live cycle – from the evaluation of the customer’s specification to the rollout

Requirements

• Knowledge of Android’s development environment & APIs.
• Multiple years of experience with Java programming (Android, J2ME, or other small-footprint Java).
• Experience with web development (HTML/JS).
• Experience developing reusable APIs.
• Experience with ad serving and/or data analytics highly preferred.
• Experience with other emerging mobile platforms & APIs like Windows Phone or iPhone is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

You like to be challenged by complex mathematical problems and you are able to come up with innovative and non-obvious solutions? You are used to working with complex XML structures, have profound knowledge of SQL and you think administrating servers using a GUI is somewhat awkward?

In close collaboration with our mobile team you design and build up the computational infrastructure and Data persistence of our App / web development projects. Beside your coding skills, you have gained significant experience in managing challenging customer engagements and you have also proven your abilities within several projects successfully.

• designing and implementing Web Service interfaces
• writing and optimizing SQL scripts
• connecting to Cloud Services and Social Networks

We are looking for a motivated, creative intern (m/f) or student worker (m/f) for the development of iPhone clients for our innovative, new start-up “Mobile Augmented Reality” in the Bremen or Munich area.

Our brandnew App Scapeshift integrates virtual content into everyone’s reality by using the live view of the smartphone’s camera. Our users enhance their environment along houses, streets and public places with personal news, links, information, pictures, their favorite music or news from their social networks and share these with friends, groups or the whole world. The social content allows them to experience their city with a new perspective – additionally the Apps displays useful information & hints, individual recommendations or exciting offers in the user’s vicinity.

You will advance the development of the iPhone client in close cooperation with our CTO and CCO using your excellent knowledge of OpenGL es 2.0 and iOS 4. Your profound knowledge of communication protocols, XML and Webservices will help to optimize the client server communication.
